Professional Cladding Cleaning Across South Wales, the West Midlands & the South West

We cover Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bristol, Gloucester, Worcester, Hereford and Birmingham, and across Monmouthshire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. We’re based in Monmouthshire and there are no travel surcharges

Cladding cleaning isn’t just about appearance. Dirt and biological growth trap moisture against the panels, accelerating decay, dulling the colour and reducing your building’s energy efficiency.

We provide cladding cleaning services for homes, offices and commercial buildings across South Wales, the West Midlands and the South West — uPVC, plastic, composite, metal and painted timber.

Left long enough, grime shortens the life of the whole building envelope.
There’s a right way and a wrong way to clean it. High-pressure washing forces water behind cladding panels, where it causes hidden damp problems you won’t see until it’s expensive. We never use high pressure on cladding. Instead we match the method to your cladding type – pure water, low-pressure biocide or steam cleaning up to 150°C – for a streak-free finish with zero risk.

The Right Method for Every Cladding Type

UPVC and plastic cladding
For light biological growth we use a pure-water pole system: no detergents, no streaks, just clean. For heavier grime, a low-pressure biocide rinse or steam clean

Painted timber cladding
Soft washing is the only recommended method. High pressure strips paint and forces water into the grain; our low-pressure spray lifts algae and dirt without touching the paint

Metal and composite panels
Low-pressure cleaning with approved chemicals restores the manufacturer’s original colour and helps clean panels reflect heat properly, improving energy efficiency

Commercial and Industrial Cladding Cleaning

Offices, warehouses, apartment blocks, hotels and retail units. We reach high-level cladding with telescopic poles up to 60ft, cherry pickers and mobile scaffolding where needed – all operated by our own trained, insured team.

Our cladding cleaners are CHAS Premium accredited and NEBOSH qualified, with 20+ years’ experience and we’ll work around your opening hours to keep disruption to a minimum.

Frequently asked questions

Can you clean UPVC cladding without leaving streaks?

Yes. For light growth we use a pure water pole system – no detergents, no streaks. For heavy grime we use a low-pressure biocide rinse or steam cleaning. We never use high pressure, which can force water behind the panels.

No – it’s the only recommended method for painted timber. High pressure strips paint and forces water into the wood grain. Our low-pressure spray gently removes algae and dirt without lifting the paint.

High pressure drives water behind cladding panels, causing hidden damp that can go unnoticed for years. It can also dent panels and strip coatings. Low pressure and steam get the same visual result with none of the risk.

Yes – regularly. Offices, warehouses, apartment blocks and hotels across Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff and beyond. We’re CHAS Premium accredited with full public liability insurance, and happy to provide documentation for site requirements.

We price by the job. Send photos through the form for smaller properties, or book a free site visit for commercial buildings – you’ll get a fixed, no-obligation quote either way.

Yes. We clean uPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards using the same low-pressure soft washing method, usually on the same visit as cladding or render cleaning.

Yes. Plastic and uPVC cladding are the same thing in practice, and both clean up well with low-pressure soft washing rather than a jet wash.
